Jordan Mondshine is a student at George Washington University that is on his way to graduating in May of 2016. He has fluency in speaking, writing and reading Spanish and feels these skills will serve him well in the future. There are over thirty five million Spanish speakers right here in the United States and there are over 400 million speakers of Spanish throughout the world. It is the fourth most commonly spoken language on the planet, behind only Mandarin, English, and Hindi languages. When you count only those that are native speakers, Spanish far outnumbers English. It is the official language of countries on four continents and that number covers 21 countries. Today over 40 percent of the population growth in the United States is tied to Hispanic peoples and the country is on its way to a massive rise in Spanish language usage. The population of Hispanic people in the US will approach and eventually surpass fifty million people in the next couple of years, so the reasons to speak and comprehend Spanish are compelling.
Jordan Mondshine – Big on Military History
Jordan Mondshine is an economics student at George Washington University (GWU). He is passionate about his studies of military history. This fascination started way back in his youth, when as a child he was drawn in by the impressive body of military history that was at his reach in books, on television and in the classroom. In fact, he took a course at GWU about military history that focused on American wars from 1945 to the present. He has read many books on the topic outside of the classroom. Living in Washington, D.C., there is easy accessibility to a great amount of historical places, documents and resources. That is especially the case for the period in history that covers the United States Civil War of 1861 – 1865. This war has more devotees than any similar period in American history. To the east of D.C. lie the sites of several famous battlefields of this conflict, such as Gettysburg and Vicksburg, and they draw thousands of visitors each year. Collectible items from this period are readily available as well. They include old weapons, uniforms, Confederate stamps and coins, photographs, toy soldiers, and much more. Mondshine is an avid enthusiast of military history and is focused on continuing to learn the many stories history has to offer.
Jordan Mondshine – on the Sport of Skiing
George Washington University student Jordan Mondshine is a big fan of snow skiing. He has received a number of Nastar medals and once received a coveted platinum medal. Jordan is aware of the rich and varied history of skiing as a sport and plans to continue to ski all his life.

Jordan Mondshine is an excellent student at the George Washington University. He is majoring in Economics and plans on graduating in May of 2016. While his studies mainly consist of Micro and Macro Economics, they also cover a variety of other topics. Economics studies further empower students with the ability to understand economic governmental policies.
With courses like Financial Economics, International Economic Theory and Financial Management and Markets, Jordan Mondshine has the pure financial side of things quite locked down. He has also studied Business and Economic Statistics, Calculus and Financial Accounting, giving him the necessary mathematical component to round out his knowledge base. By the time Mondshine graduates with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Minor in Business Administration, he is sure to excel in his professional career.
